1. Clean and dry your skin and apply the patch using the blue number 1 tab. Press it into your whitehead. If you're a pimple popper (naughty naughty) this helps to heal it without the scar.

2. Peel off the top film with the pink number 2 tab. Leave it on for 3-8 hours, live your life, and peel it off when the patch turns cloudy.
